We have an exciting Masterplan for the Campus to accelerate its growth as an world-class place to accommodate high growth technology and life science organisations from start-up through to scale-up, including:
- Repurposing and retrofitting up to 70,000 sq ft of existing buildings to create wet and dry lab spaces and building an additional 60,000 sq ft (approximately) of BREEAM ‘Outstanding’, highly sustainable, flexible lab and office space.
- Encouraging interaction and collaboration, by significantly enhancing the onsite amenity provision to include cafés, meeting spaces and leisure facilities for occupiers and the wider Cambourne community to use and enjoy.

Cambridge, Oxford and London continue to play a major role in the development of science and technology with Cambridge supporting the largest Technology and Life Science cluster in Europe.
